Why Sponsorship With The RBFA?

Business sponsorships are a critical part of the overall financial support necessary for a successful fastball season. The cost of equipment to support our teams is substantial. Registration fees alone do not cover the costs of new uniforms, balls, bats, catchers gear, field maintenance, team travel, coaching clinics, and pitching machines to name a few. We need the support of the business community to ensure the continuation of the outstanding fastball program the RBFA provides. We are offering the following Web and Signs Sponsorship programs.

Field Advertising Signs

The Richmond Boys Fastball Association has advertising space available on chain link fences surrounding our main softball diamond located at Palmer Field at 8160 St. Albans Road, Richmond.

With seven diamonds located at Palmer, games and practices are played throughout the week from April to August. In addition to normal league games, many district and provincial tournaments are also held at Palmer and our baseball diamonds are considered among the finest in the province.

With the new chain link fence being close to the concession stand a constant flow of parents and kids can be assured.

During the off season the field is in constant use by other group such as soccer and the field is conveniently located between an elementary and high school.

We are initially selling space for 2 feet x 8 feet signs to go on the fence year round.

And don’t forget that revenues raised go directly back into supporting the association and enhancing Richmond Boys Fastball, which commonly has over 350 boys registered.

Advertising space is to be purchased on a one to three year term as outlined below.

Payment Options:

Option A	Yearly payment At the beginning of each season an invoice will be sent requesting payment for the coming year.
Option B	Paid in full for the 3 years If paid in full (upfront) for all 3 years a discount of $200.00 will be applied bringing the cost for all three years of advertising to $1000.00.

Internet Web Banner

A web banner can also be purchased on www.rbfa.ca at a flat rate of $100.00 per season and with between 2-3 thousand unique visits per week, the site has a constant stream of lower mainland visitors. Your banner (which will include any text and pictures you may wish to display) will be prominently displayed on a rotating basis on the top of each page of the website.
